Painting the exterior of your house includes pressure washing, recaulking (as needed) and painting the siding, trim and doors of your home.

Limitations of the $1650 offer

      Offer is good for houses with less than 3500 square feet of exterior siding.

      Color selection may be limited.

      Additional fee off $7 per window for windows with painted mullions.

      Additional fee of $200 for wood soffit

      Additional fee for siding of 40ft high.

      Additional fee for porches and decks to be determained at the time of the estimate.

     Repair work to be billed at $35.00 per hour plus materials.
